Chasing Legends, Serving Dogs
Where it all started.
It began with a simple idea — “So… I was thinking…” — a conversation between a husband and wife that turned into something much bigger. What followed was months of hard work, late nights, and hands-on renovation, bringing old carts up to modern food safety standards and building something we could be proud of.
With roots in the Pacific Northwest, we built a brand around bold flavors, simple operations, and a little bit of humor.
Whether we’re serving late-night crowds, local events, or private bookings, our goal is always the same: fast, delicious food with a legendary twist. No gimmicks — just great dogs and good vibes.
